Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories provided.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once our technicians inspect the device.
